I found myself thinking deeply about who I am,
beyond being a mother, beyond the roles I’ve been living in for years.
In the middle of that questioning, I picked up a book — The One Thing.
I didn’t start reading it with a clear goal.
I just needed something to hold onto while my thoughts felt scattered.
As I read, one question stayed with me:
What is the one thing that truly matters?
Naturally, my thoughts went to my child.
Through many conversations, reflections, and quiet moments, I realized something important.
My child’s one thing is the ability to pull thoughts out —to find words for what is inside, to express ideas that often stay unspoken.
And then I asked myself the same question.
What is my one thing?
After many talks, including conversations here, I finally saw it clearly.
My one thing is organizing thoughts —bringing clarity to feelings, experiences, and questions that feel tangled and heavy.
That is why this space exists.
This is not a place to perform or to impress.
It is a place where I slow down and organize my thoughts, one by one.
By doing so, I hope my words might resonate with someone else who feels the same quiet confusion.
This is my journal.
And over time, I will continue to share the stories of my child and myself —honestly, gently, and one thought at a time.
